These Terms govern your use of socks.cat, operated by Femboy Cyber Networks LLC (“we”, “us”).
The service
socks.cat provides prepaid proxy access billed by traffic usage. The service is offered as-is without a guaranteed uptime SLA in this version.
Your account
- Your whisker key is the sole credential that controls the account. Anyone with the whisker can manage the account and derive pawprints.
- Collar + pawprint authenticate proxy sessions only.
- We do not reset or recover lost whiskers.
Billing
- Balance is held in USD (micro-USD internally) and debited per byte according to product rates.
- Top-ups are prepaid via cryptocurrency quotes. After a payment is credited, top-ups are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- Unfunded newly registered accounts may be deleted after 24 hours.
Acceptable use
Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access for AUP violations, abuse, non-payment (zero balance with no intent to fund), or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time by abandoning the account.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States applicable to Femboy Cyber Networks LLC.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with an updated date.
