What to include
Please provide as much of the following as possible:
- UTC timestamps (start and end of the incident)
- Source IP addresses observed (if any)
- Collar tag (proxy username base, e.g.
cat-XXXX-...) if known - Description of the activity (spam, scanning, fraud, etc.)
- Relevant logs from your systems (we cannot provide destination logs we do not keep)
What we can and cannot do
We retain aggregate byte counts and payment records, not per-connection destination URLs or hostnames. Investigation is limited to data we actually store. We will action valid reports within our capabilities and AUP.
