socks.cat is operated by Femboy Cyber Networks LLC. Use of the service requires compliance with this policy and our Terms of service.

Prohibited uses

You may not use socks.cat to:

• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email
• Commit fraud, credential stuffing, or payment card abuse
• Distribute malware, operate command-and-control infrastructure, or attack third parties
• Exploit, harm, or sexualize minors (CSAM) — zero tolerance; we report where required by law
• Violate applicable criminal or civil law in your jurisdiction or ours
• Abuse network resources (port scanning, DDoS, deliberate exhaustion of upstream capacity)
• Circumvent our rate limits, authentication, or billing

Reselling

Reselling or sublicensing access without our written permission is prohibited unless explicitly allowed in your agreement with us.

Enforcement

We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts; block collar tags; or cooperate with lawful process for data we actually hold. Report abuse to abuse@spam.house.
